ABOUT US

The Evidence-Based Dental Library will be an online subscription-based resource for dental professionals to access evidence-based oral health care research based on a specific clinical question.

The EBD Library will use the critically appraised topic format to provide an organized one-page summary of the evidence. We recognize that

busy clinicians do not have the time or tools to find, access and evaluate current research related to dentistry.

SERVICES

In addition to summarizing the evidence for relevant dental topics, we also provide the service of completing a customized search for clinicians that require answers to a specific question not currently available in our database.

The Evidence-Based Dental Library also will provide online continuing education (CE) credit

to clinicians for reading the critically appraised topics.

OUR MISSION

We provide clinicians with optimal evidence, in an accurate, accessible and straightforward format. We endeavor to inform clinicians about pertinent dental evidence and strive to provide valuable tools tailored to the clinician's needs to facilitate the translation of evidence into practice.
